The open floor plan of the upper level boasts a gourmet kitchen, including a double oven, center island cooking on a 36 inch 5-burner gas cook top, and wine refrigerator.  The raised captain's watch ( below) offers a superb area to get away while still being part of the action.  It provides an unobstructed view of the lake, and even a view of the Currituck Beach Light House.   It will soon be furnished with a comfortable love-seat and chair and a round center table.

A separate breakfast nook allows intimate seating for conversation, puzzle making, and even playing board games  The dining room seats 10 comfortably.  Entertaining is a breeze.

Central to the upper level is the great room.  Cozy up in front of the fireplace while watching your choice of movie from a collection of over 160 DVDs.    The Dolby 6.1 surround sound system coupled with a 50' Flat screen LCD TV, offers front and rear center channels for a real cinematic experience.
